New Roundtable

This is a new 2026 roundtable.

While women make up a large share of entry-level financial roles, they are underrepresented as advisors, and senior executives, limiting mentorship, and advocacy. They often receive fewer high net worth clients and limited networking opportunities. Additionally, they are often the take on a significant portion of the parenting responsibilities and caregiving roles. All limit both their career advancement and earning potential and result in burnout and quitting / leaving the industry.

With the transfer of wealth from men to women as women live longer, women often feel ignored or talked down to by advisors. They are assumed to have lower risk tolerance, limited knowledge / interest and approached with male-centric communication styles.

At this roundtable, we will explore:

  • How firms, advisors, and products need to adapt to better the women’s client investor experience, redefining the service and support model, communication methods, and product offerings (financial, healthcare, and more).
  • Creating opportunities for interesting women to enter, remain, and excel in the wealth management industry, including internships, mentorship programs, creating personal brands, recruiting practices, success stories, etc.
  • Empowering women investors with knowledge and tools to feel confident in choosing their advisor, priorities, communication style, and investment decision-making

Similar to our other roundtables, we mix together targetted case studies, community questions, breakout sessions, and partner thought leadership for honest and open conversations.. Additionally, we bring our groups together for a small intiimate / family like experience that results is rich dialogue and deep long-term friendships.
