Client and firm information security is a bedrock need. Today, all enterprise wealth firms protect the home office. Some firms also extend their envelope of protection to support protecting the advisors' offices with sponsored cyber protection tools, while others do not. Add to that framework, investor data privacy management needs and their increasing complexity. As self-service components, use of AI, and mobile devices proliferate, when looking through the lens of the investor customer, how should an enterprise wealth firm be thinking about the investor’s own information security? What are the “must haves.” What are the “need to haves?” What are the “nice to haves?”
