Description
1. Working from the customer back, design an experience flow for the customer, specific to suitability and RegBI review. Incorporate customer data gathering, 3rd party application supporting content, validation processes, and more. The outcome should be an experience that satisfies the customer, the advisor, and the home office.
2. Build the transition of a new advisor model that should be available today. To make life easier and safer for your home office team, as well as the customer, what would your flow look like? What tools will it incorporate? What nuances need to be incorporated?
