Lead generation is a critical element to drive adviser growth and investor engagement. It is also imperative for recruiting. Finding good data sources for the home office and the adviser saves time and money. Are you comfortable and confident in your organization’s approach and enablement of data, for your firm and advisers? If so, what tools do you leverageand/or provide supporting your (and your advisers) digital lead generation efforts? How do you rate the “quality” of the tools and leads they create? What steps are you adding to improve tagging and segmentation of the data for marketing and/or market research? How are you plugging the leads you generate into your digital infrastructure, and giving to your advisers? How do you measure the success of the leads? How do you maintain your data quality?
