The New Age of Marketing & Recruiting

The New Age of Marketing and Recruiting Roundtable is our once a year come together of the best and brightest when it comes to marketing and recruiting. We opted to combine these two because in our heads they are Ying and Yang - they simply work together.  Digging deeper, we see these two components of wealth firms being front and center to telling the story that differentiated the wealth firm and the advisor. 

Our method of exploration? We weave together case studies, community questions, breakout sessions, and partner thought leadership. Beyond, we bring our groups together for a family type experience that results is rich dialogue and deep long-term friendships. 

 

This year, initial thinking is that we will explore:

• Creating the marketing engine is hard work. Weaving together prospects, clients, and building campaigns is just the start. What else makes up a powerful marketing engine that brings in new clients, whether they are investor customers or new advisors?  
• What have you done for me lately is a central theme we hear. What does an effective communication strategy look like? What is the framework and content demand?
• What are some of the most powerful tools that you see in the marketplace? How have you woven them into your infrastructure?
• The SEC Marketing Rule is now a thing. How are you getting your arms around its oversight demands? How are you working with your Compliance teams to make sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed? 
• The Wish List
