#1: The group is tasked with accelerating the firm's organic growth. First, what does this entail? What are three to six fundamental requirements? Considering resources, what will be needed in terms of personnel and technology? When planning the implementation of a growth program, what steps must be taken and who is involved?

#2: As a management team, you have implemented an organic growth strategy. You have invested in time, people, and technology to support this. What key metrics will you focus on? Which indicator metrics, productivity metrics, and outlier metrics will be significant?
